We collect information you choose to give us, including:

• Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number and business contact details.
• Project questionnaire answers about your business, goals, brand, audience, website needs and preferences, plus any files you upload.
• Social Starter signup details such as your name, email and the platforms included in your plan.
• Communications you send us, such as emails.

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout, and Bring My Brand does not receive or store your full card number. We keep records such as the amount paid, payment status, and a payment reference so we can manage your project. Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.

Our project questionnaire saves your progress in your browser's local storage so you don't lose your answers. Your browser may also store your Social Starter plan details during signup. Team members who sign in have a login session stored in their browser. Stripe's checkout may use its own cookies to process payments securely.

We do not use advertising pixels on this website.

• To review your project request and plan, deliver and support your project.
• To process payments and send receipts and payment requests.
• To send confirmation emails and communicate with you about your project or plan.
• To keep our website and services secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and Stripe for payments. They may process your information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your questionnaire answers, uploaded files and project records are stored privately. Access is limited to signed-in Bring My Brand team members, and uploaded files are shared only through short-lived private links. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and payment records, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep.

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@bringmybrand.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws.

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
