Terms of Service

Before work begins, we confirm your project's scope and deliverables with you, along with the total project price and any additional services you approve. Work requested outside that agreed scope may require additional pricing and/or additional time.

Website projects currently start at $760. Our standard payment structure is:

• 50% initial project payment to begin work.
• 50% remaining balance before final launch or handoff.

For the current $760 starting website, this means $380 to begin and $380 before final launch or handoff. Projects with a different approved price follow the same percentages.

There are no surprise charges. Any additional paid work is communicated to you and must be approved by you before that work begins. Approved additional services or scope changes may change the final project price.

The initial 50% payment becomes non-refundable once we begin substantive work on your project. "Substantive work" means production work performed specifically for your project, which may include:

• Project setup
• Research
• Strategy
• Design
• Development
• Content preparation
• Branding work
• Other production work specifically performed for your project

The remaining 50% becomes due after you have had the opportunity to review the completed, agreed-upon project work, and before final website launch or handoff. The final balance is not charged automatically; we send you a request for it.

The starting website package includes 2 revision rounds. Additional revision rounds, major direction changes, or work outside the agreed scope may require an additional quote. Any additional charge is communicated and approved by you before that work begins.

We do not promise one universal completion time. Timelines depend on scope, complexity, your responsiveness, content availability, feedback and approvals. We communicate the expected schedule for your individual project. Delays in providing content, access, feedback or approvals may extend the timeline.

You agree to provide accurate information, requested content, necessary account or access information, feedback and approvals reasonably needed to complete the project.

You confirm that any text, images, logos, or other materials you provide to us may legally be used for your project, and that using them will not infringe anyone else's rights.

Domain registration, website hosting, premium plugins, applications, stock assets, software subscriptions and other third-party costs are not included in the starting website price unless specifically included in your written project scope. Third-party services remain subject to their providers' own terms, licenses, pricing and availability.

After all amounts due for the project have been paid, you receive ownership of the final custom deliverables created specifically for your project, subject to applicable third-party licenses and restrictions.

Bring My Brand keeps ownership of its pre-existing materials, reusable components, internal tools, methods, processes, know-how and other materials not created exclusively for your project. We do not claim ownership of third-party software, fonts, plugins, stock media or other licensed assets; those remain governed by their own licenses.

Unlimited free maintenance or support is not included. Ongoing maintenance, new content, additional features, redesign work or other services after launch may require a separate agreement or quote, unless specifically included in your project scope.

Social Starter is an automatically renewing subscription. It begins with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, you are charged $50 every 3 months, and the subscription renews automatically every 3 months until you cancel.

By starting Social Starter, you authorize Bring My Brand, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge the payment method you provide at checkout $50 at the end of the trial and at each 3-month renewal until you cancel.

You may cancel future renewals at any time by emailing hello@bringmybrand.com. Cancelling before the trial ends avoids the first charge. Cancelling after a charge has been processed stops future renewals but does not reverse that charge; your service continues through the end of the period already paid for, unless otherwise required by law.

Payments already processed are generally non-refundable for the applicable subscription period, except where required by law. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy. The website project payment rules in these Terms, including the 50/50 payment structure, do not apply to Social Starter.

You agree not to use our website or services for anything unlawful, harmful, misleading, or that infringes others' rights, and not to interfere with the security or operation of our website.

We work carefully to deliver quality work, but we do not guarantee specific business results such as sales, traffic, followers, rankings or engagement.

We aim to keep our website and services available, but they may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control, including third-party service outages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bring My Brand is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

These Terms and the services provided by Bring My Brand are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Changes do not alter the agreed scope or price of a project already in progress unless you agree.
